岩石微观分析判识油层伤害的技术方法与应用

摘要: 分析了沉积体内粘土化作用、沉积作用、成岩作用造成油层渗透率降低的机理.介绍了运用室内流动模拟实验技术与衍射分析、薄片鉴定、扫描电子显微镜观察等微观测试手段结合判识储层伤害过程的静、动态分析方法.利用有机色谱、质谱、热解和荧光分析技术,建立了高含水期油层的残余油可采性评价方法.利用系统岩屑标本和特有的荧光色特征,确立了油水同层段油水界面的划分原则,以识别储层的可采潜力.分别运用各种方法,对胜利油田不同井区、不同层系分布的鲕粒碳酸盐岩、致密砂岩、粘土质砂岩以及弱固结疏松砂岩储层进行了钻前油层保护、油气层改造、高含水油层的驱采、确定油水界面等技术设计.经过现场应用,取得了十分明显的经济效益.这一技术思路的设计与应用效果对陆相复合式油气区的勘探与开发有重要的借鉴价值.

Abstract: The mechanism of decreasing reservoir penetrability which was caused by the clay action, the sedimentation and the diagenesis were analyzed.The analytical method including static state and dynastic state which was used to identify the process of reservoir damaged has been introduced by means of the combined fluid testing to the microexamination with diffractometer, microscope and electronical microscope etc.Using a series of analytic technology that included the color spectrum,the mass spectrum, the pyrolysis and the fluorescence, the evaluation method whether the rudimental oil was extracted has been established during the time of overfill water.By means of the special fluorescence character of rock chip sample,the principle has been determined in division of the interface between oil and water in same formation.So the potentiality for recovery can be recognized. The reservoir of oolitic carbonate, tight-sandstone, clay-sandstone and loosen-sandstone was designed by using different ways for reservoir protection before drilling, formation improvement,the extraction in filling water formation and determination in the interface between oil and water in different area and hole in Shengli Oil Field.It was proved to have large of economic benefits in practice. This method and application results have a great value for the petroleum exploration and development in multiple oil-gas field.
