钻井筛筛分模型及计算机仿真

Screening model for drilling fluid shaker and computer simulation

摘要: 利用流体力学的基本原理,对钻井筛筛面上钻井液的流动特点进行了研究;在综合考虑有关参数对钻井筛筛分影响的基础上,建立了钻井筛的筛分模型,给出影响钻井筛处理量有关因素之间的定量关系;运用平均值法对筛分方程的求解进行了探讨;应用有限差分方法建立了筛分方程的仿真模型,并编写了钻井筛处理量的计算机仿真程序.室内台架模拟试验结果表明,建立的筛分模型具有较高的仿真精度.该筛分模型在评价钻井筛筛分性能和筛网选择方面将是很有用的.

Abstract: Based on the basic principle of hydromechanics,the flow characteristic of drilling fluid on the screen was studied.With the consideration of various factors affecting on the screening effect,a screening model for drilling fluid shale shaker had been established.The solution of screening equations was studied by the average energy method. And a simulation model for screening equations was established by the finite differential method.At the same time,the program of computer simulation of shale shaker treating capacity was developed.The results of lab test showed that the screening model was of high simulation accuracy.
