摘要: 采用三维有限元位移法,求解不同型号石油钻杆接头母螺纹齿根部所具有的不同形态半椭圆表面裂纹在内压、拉伸、弯曲、扭转载荷下的应力强度因子.在大量有限元数值分析基础上,给出了包含接头母螺纹结构参数及裂纹形态参数在内的应力强度因子的近似公式.应用本文结果,可对带半椭圆表面裂纹的接头母螺纹作断裂与疲劳分析.

Abstract: Through three-dimensional FEM displacement methods,a solution is given to the stress-intensity factor in various petroleum drill pipe joints with various semi-elliptical surface cracks at the root of nut screw under the loading conditions of inner pressure,tension bend and torsion.On the basis of many FEM numerical analyses,presented is an approximate formula for the stress-intensity factor and joint nut screw crack and structure parameters.And so the results in this paper are applicable for an analysis of crack and fatigue in joint nut screw with semi-elliptical surface crack.
