大落差管道中原油流动规律的研究

摘要: 通过分析大落差管段中流体的受力情况与流动状态,指出大落差管段中流体可能存在三种流态:非满管变速不稳定流、非满管匀速稳定流和满管匀速稳定流.为了能够模拟原油在大落差管段经受的剪切历史和热历史,导出了三种流态下油温和流动参数的变化规律及计算公式,为改性原油流经大落差管段的稳定性研究提供了理论基础和试验方法.并利用某一管线的大落差管段和有关原油的物性参数进行了计算,结果比较合理.

Abstract: By analyzing force state and flow status of fluid in the large drop in height pipeline, it is pointed out that there might be three flow patterns in the large drop in height pipeline, which are respectively unfilled in unstable flow in variable velocity, unfilled in stable flow in uniform velocity and full pipe stable flow in uniform velocity. In order to simulate the heat and shear processes which crude oil will experience in the large drop in height pipeline,the variation regularities of oil temperatures and flow parameters in above mentioned three flow patterns and corresponding calculation formulas have been derived, which will provide theoretical and experimental basis for studying the stability of crude oil with depressant flowing through the large drop in height pipeline. Actual calculations have been done by using relevant physical parameters of crude oil in a certain large drop in height pipeline and results are reasonable.
