延缓膨胀微尺度分散胶及其性能评价

Micro-scale swelling-delayed dispersed gel and its performance evaluation

摘要:

针对现有分散胶体系膨胀速率较快限制分散胶的深部运移能力的问题,研制了一种延缓膨胀微尺度分散胶(MiDG),对其结构特征、微观形貌、粒度大小及分布进行了表征;评价了MiDG的抗温抗盐性能、缓膨性、强度及韧性;通过物理模拟实验,研究了膨胀前后不同粒度分散胶的注入性及运移特征。结果表明,具有疏水单元结构的MiDG可延迟膨胀时间3d,抗温可达120℃、抗盐可达36.5×104mg/L,转向压力和韧性指数与孔径大小和分散胶粒度大小相关;MiDG具有良好的选择注入性并呈波动式运移规律,当分散胶粒度与渗透率条件相匹配时,可以实现渗透率的沿程调控。

Abstract:

In view of the expansion rate of existing dispersed gel system is fast and has limited the deep migration ability of dispersed gel, a micro-scale dispersed gel(MiDG) was prepared, for which the structure characteristics, micro-morphology, grain size and distribution were characterized, and the heat-salt resistance performance, delayed swelling property, strength and toughness were also evaluated. Through physical simulation experiment, the injection property and migration characteristics of dispersed gel with different grain sizes prior and posterior swelling were studied. The results show that the MiDG with hydrophobic units can delay the swelling time for 3 days, and temperature tolerance is up to 120℃ and salinity resistance is up to 36.5×104mg/L. The diverting pressure and toughness index of MiDG are related with pore size and MiDG grain size. MiDG has favorable selective injection, showing a fluctuating migration law. When the grain size of MiDG is consistent with permeability conditions, the permeability can be regulated along the migration way.
