油气井杆管柱动力学基本方程及应用

FUNDAMENTAL EQUATIONS AND ITS APPLICATIONS FOR DYNAMICAL ANALYSIS OF ROD AND PIPE STRING IN OIL AND GAS WELLS

摘要: 随着油气田开发的需要,自本世纪50年代以来,针对油气井杆管柱力学的某些特殊问题已进行了较广泛、较深入的研究,但所有的研究工作都是基于某项特殊需要而进行的,未形成统一的理论。文中通过对油气井杆管柱进行力学和运动分析,建立了用于对油气井杆管柱进行各种力学分析的几何方程、运动平衡方程和本构方程,介绍了在油气井杆管柱的拉力和扭矩计算、下部钻具力学分析、油气井杆管柱的稳定性、有杆泵抽油系统井下工况诊断与预测、钻柱振动和热采井管柱力学分析中的应用。

Abstract: Since 1950's,a lot of research work on some mechanical characteristics of rod and pipe string in oil and gas wells has been done to meet the need of oil drilling and production.But,all the research were based on particular used.No unified theory is formed.This paper analyses motions of these strings,the fundamental equations for dynamical analysis of these strings is established. The fundamental equations includes geometry equations,equilibrium equations,constitutive equations.Applications of the fundamental equation in torque-drag analysis,bottom hole assembly analysis,buckling analysis, diagnosis and prediction of the behavior of sucker-rod pumping system, drillstring vibration,casing and tubing analysis in thermal recovery wells are presented in this paper.
